  • We do not recommend that you use this TPE yoga mat for hot yoga. As excessive sweat will collected on the mat when you doing hot yoga, which may cause you to slip and fall.

  • It depends more on yourself. The mat will not be scratched easily under normal use if you just use it as a yoga mat.
